Persona Accounts
Each paid account is for a single person who may be alive or deceased. Sometimes people set up accounts to pass information on to their descendents, other accounts will be set up by relatives to remember them or to create a central record of information that will otherwise be spread out and lost to other branches of the family in time.
An account can have up to 100 users associated with it. These users can be admin users, contributors or have view access. There is no charge for these users. A user may be associated with more than one account.
Once the initial period ends, all email address will be contacted to see if any of them wish the account to be continued at a cost of £30 per year, or £40 per year if storage is increased to 10GB. Following that, when an account is lapsed, it will not be deleted, and can be reinstated in the future by any ancestor at a cost of £200 and £30/£40 a year on an ongoing basis.
